It's only January but I'm getting into a Spring mood with one particular style trend: color blocked bright hues. Especially on the shift-style dress. Vogue's Lauren Santo Domingo rang in the new year in Cartagena wearing Gucci's Resort 2012 tri-colored tiered dress. All of a sudden, retailers can't promote it enough.

Personally I love this look as you are able to wear several colors at the same time without taking on stripes, florals or any kind of print.
